Yep this was sort of revealed back on my last piece from Hima. Both were YCHs and with this one I could just see Cynthia doing some character that could fly, so I chose Starfire. I have to assume the background is actually a green screen of some kind and Cynthia is either jumping or leaning against an invisible wall and a I guess a fan is blowing her hair. I do enjoy thinking of ways of how an actual cosplayer would do these.
