Just a picture of my W.I.P. Cosplay of Kroenen from Hellboy -The Clockwork Nazi-
The mask took a few tries before I scrapped all the complicated construction methods and simply went for using tin-fil to make a 'mould' of my face, then flattening/smoothing out the tin foil to look like Kroenen's mask while still being able to fit my face, then simply held the tin foil in one hand while placing plaster stips on it with the other.
I then used thin cardboard for the 'mouth piece' -which took a while and a lot of planned cutting to get a nice curve and keep the vents- and decapitated some Soviet goggles I have for the eye pieces.
The uniform itself is a German Heer tunic, and that along with my current trenchcoat will have to do if I can't find anything better in time for a con in August that I'm making this for.
I'm also waiting for the SS collar tabs and other accessories to arrive in the mail to add finishing touches.

Looking good so far! I'm currently working on a Kroenen outfit and helm as well. I tried the cardboard technique and got too annoyed at it, so now I'm building over a nice-fitting plastic mask with Sculptamold, a type of very tough air-drying paperclay that I can sand. I'll post pics once it's done a bit more, we can compare the two for crits
Awesomesauce.
I just got everything I ordered on the interwebs -the belt, SS collar tabs and so on-
I just need to find something black to cover my head with so no skin or anything shows to go along with the mask. I tried black leggings but they're too thin and show though -even though the exact same ones in blue worked perfectly when I cosplayed a TF2 Spy-

Hmm, yeah, the coat's been an issue for a while. If you can find some PVC you could probably make one without too much difficulty.
