Here we are round ing the first ow many twists, turns, and curves on our ride. This track is very old and rough. The cars we rode in were made from old mining trucks which had no suspension, so the ride was quite rough and bumpy. But there was a lot of pretty greenery as you can see. The vegitation comes closer and is dencer in spots further up the line. I quite enjoyed it, even it we weren't moving at a blistering pace.

It runs on a section of the old East coast main trunk between Waihi and Waikino. There is a spot near Waikino that looks similar to this.
