So I am doing a reference sheet for my aliens, the Kyseer, buuuut because it's taking way to long I feel the need to share one of the images that will be on the reference sheet.
The Kyseer went through a few anatomical changes. On land they are the most awkward creatures ever but since their City doubles as a school..they sort of have to go on land. The 'feet' he's resting on aren't feet, their technically another pair of arms just more muscular/thicker so they can hobble about. And their flipper feet are made up of a lot of muscles that they can contract and tighten much like slugs making it a wee bit easier to waddle about.
They can walk about oh..five miles per hour im sure. Just don't ask one to run.
And this ones secondary color is green because..I just like green. He could have been pink, or yellow or orange but I like green. Also their blood is green. WOO USELESS FACTS..im so tired :<

fff this is what I get for posting things so late :< I totally meant blue, haemocyanin, which contains copper. Which is really similar to lobsters and since the main body armor is a mixture of chitin/exoskeleton and protein'/cologne fibers I figured it would work. That or I just want blue blood.
oh what nooo you should see the ten some odd note pads I have about scientific stuff I looked up to reformat to fit them .__. like how they swim weighing near on ton, how their facial hood manages to change colors like a cuttlefish and so on..*needs to go outside more*
Cuttlefish are most awesome. The type of sci-fi stuff I like is the stuff that has a basis in reality, in real science. It might be extrapolated, it might be fantastical and completely out there... but there is usually a sound reason underpinning it somewhere
