You'd have to be feeling pretty damn humiliated if you were a crook who got taken down by this guy... Between having no musculature at all and being covered in hearts, the only chance this guy would have to wrestle a criminal to the floor and slap the cuffs on him would be if the crook keeled over laughing (rather than having the presence of mind to put a bullet in his apparently rather tiny heart).
