Here we have an Image for;

In this Image, it seems that Blake has begun to lead a bit of a Plump Life Style, after having an encounter with Alvin. Across the next couple of weeks, Blake became bigger and plumper, and seems to enjoy the life style.
While his Family and friends do naturally concern about his Health, his mentors, at least, decided that if big Blake is here to stay, they'll train him in how to utilise it well.
So, they train him in being the Tank of the Hikari Pups, the biggest and beefiest one of the Pups, being able to act as defense and be the protective force that absorbs any attacks that may be sent their way, while his jokey behavior may work as a good distraction for his opponents, too.
So, here we have Blake with his Big Build.
How you think he may do as the Tank of his litter?
