Finally, another submission along the lines of my StR! ^w^ This took a while to get up, due to a lack of scanner, lack of a good pen, etc.
This is a sniper rifle, called the: Advanced Elongated Rifle System, Model 17.
Its accuracy is high, which is little surprise, as is its low rate of fire. The magazine size is fifteen .50-calibre, anti-materiel rounds. The reason there is stuff around the barrel is that it is there to reinforce it, to prevent any idiocy to bend the barrel somehow and ruin everything for the sharpshooter. Seriously, it's not funny, don't do it.
