A talking Non-Anthro Polar bear that works and lives in the local petting zoo as community service for going on a rampage, destroying property, and mutilating himself. Severe self inflicted claw scars cover his head, neck, front legs, and chest revealing his pure black skin beneath. (They can be drawn however you want.)

Manages to smoke cigarettes making his teeth yellower than a normal bear's. Has a terrible personality and is usually avoided.
