After her tribe was wiped out by adventurers, she hold up in the attic of a general store in the nearby city of Nathlekh until she was found by a envoy who had been led to her with the use of an artefact. Under his recommendation and guidance, she travelled North and found her way to the monestary of the Sanctuary of Shadows, a group of monks dedicated to helping souls that teetered on the imbalance of loss, revenge, and wraith. Here, Oudri learnt to control her woe and frustrations and began her road to mastering their teachings...
Until, after twelve years, she left in search of the envoy who had saved her after he mysteriously disappeared - along with the artefact that led him to souls soon to be lost.
My character from an old MCD&D game - Oudri, a Loredrake Kobold. At the time of discontinue, she was a level 6 Shadow Monk / level 2 Rogue. She was my first time playing the Monk class and is the reason I not only love the class nowadays, but know almost the entirety of the Monk class off by heart out of pure love for what this class can do. To summarise just a few of her accomplishments; she's felled foes twice her size and strength in less than six seconds, had a base speed of 55ft and could reach 165ft a turn when needed, stopped an unseen marksmen who located targets through sound, with the use of Silence and her immense speed, and (most importantly) was able to use a mixture of her high AC, high damage, versatile spellcasting, and her unique rope dart to control the battlefield and take up any role reasonably comfortably.
I've got a lot of Oudri art over the years, and I plan to upload it all now that the campaign has ended.
