Nicolai, A male slime with a demonic appearance, lives in the middle of the forest, where he resides near a pond. Despite appearances, the slime showed no signs of wielding any demonic abilities. They mostly spend their time searching for things to eat, particularly sweets. This craving for treats was due to being overfed candy by a traveler, and now makes Nicolai easily manipulable because of his addiction to sugar. As long as the request is not harmful, he is willing to do anything for a sweet.

Nicolai can shape-shift with a catch; Once reshaped, they will retain their pink tint unless they any liquid that would act as a dye. However, their eye coloring has shown to stay the same color. They will also retain the horns on top of their head, but they will vary in shape and form depending. The slime can change their size somewhat by gaining or losing liquid, but they will revert to a ball form if they lose too much. If Nicolai attempts to take on enormous sizes, it will take some time for the liquid he consumed to turn into mass for them to grow larger.

As well as shape, they can change their gender, though their default is male. Nicolai keeps a male shape as their default gender because of their relationship with the sweet-feeding traveler.
