The big thing I wanted to test out was doing more pieces with blurring, so wanted to blur both wings (from being far away and up close). More of a challenge with the up close one!
But I wasn't too happy with how the clouds were turning out so I started playing with different filter things on PS... and then clicked on "oil painting."
Instantly I fell in love with the effect. XD I proceeded to test it out on a bunch of art I've already done, and I'm just AMAZED with how nice it looks, and that the "strokes" look believable! I LOOOVE textured stuff so I know for sure I'll wanna use this again! hehehe~
