The two members of the Bloon Killers that hide their faces, aswell as hide in general on the battlefield. Angelo the engineer pioneer, & Gill the stern sniper.
When Angelo joins it's already awkward, he pilots his turrets remotely, mainly speaking through the big quadrupedal canon dubbed Ramrod; so while the team is trekking cross-country, he's back in the comfort of his home observing the action through his VR helmet. Gill being seasoned and wary finds this unconventional help untrustworthy. So early on the sniper tracks down Angelo's address and drops by uninvited to measure the monkey up face-to-face.
That's when it becomes apparent they have some things in common, aside from hating being seen! A bond is formed but they keep this encounter a secret between them...
