So I'm back and posting some things that I've had done for me along the route, starting with a magnificent piece of work from long ago by Ken-jo that I should have posted a long while back of Guan during one of his more introspective moments, walking through the cold night with the fire that burns throughout his spirit lit and keeping his steps in line. The fire does not provide much warmth, but it seems at times lately, he has not needed much warmth...there is more I could say about the deeper meaning of this piece, but I will let it speak for itself. The eyes are the most telling, and that is by far my favorite part of this well-drawn piece.
Sorry for taking so long to upload this, bro. :) I'll be putting up the five sketches you also drew as well in my scraps folder if you have no objections, though I daresay they're some of the best scraps I've ever submitted. :3

Not really. The channels responsible for true fire are blocked off for Guan, so he can only produce its spiritual illusion in the form of blue fire, or turquoise to be more specific to the idea of color reversal for fire. It still contains the energy of flame without transmitting the destructive heat associated; as such, its uses range from soothing to transference in ways that go beyond the mortal plane. It's a bit hard to explain. :P
