I originally wasn't going to post this until the actual day of the anniversary, but I grew tired of waiting.
Well, here it is. A picture 30 YEARS IN THE MAKING. A tribute to the Blue Blur, himself, Sonic the Hedgehog, in all 12 of his most iconic incarnations.
In this ensemble we have CD Sonic, SatAM, Boom, Fleetway (aka the UK comic), Lego, Classic, Modern (also representing Archie and IDW for those wondering where they are), Underground, Movie, Mania, OVA, and Adventures Sonic.
Here's to 30 years of Sonic the Hedgehog, and to many more. Here's also hoping the upcoming "Rangers" game (if that is the actual name) helps him bounce back from his slump over the last few years, and gets him back on the right track.
