So after a lot of sweat and headache I am finally finished with Belakor.
Don’t really dare to upload it because it is far from the quality of most of the minis uploaded. Hard to not get bad self esteem.
But here is my take. The only thing I regret is the wings. But don’t want to repaint it.
TT standard. Probably 15-20 hours painting.

Happy to have found this in my exploration of the site! Belakor's looking great!
My advice, from one hobbyist to another? While it's understandable to look at all the pros and feel you're not up to snuff, try to remember:
1. It's an accomplishment to get paint on a model.
2. What matters is that *you're* happy with a model.
3. If you aren't? Remember that every model is a learning experience.
4. It's okay to give a model your all using every technique you know, and it's okay to pound a model out using only one (or even no) technique!
5. Have fun. Always. Life's too short to not enjoy your hobbies.
Cheers!

Anytime :)
And I definitely know that feeling! Been having an especially self-inflicted bout of self-criticism of late, lol. Trying to paint a bit faster - tweaking my techniques and so forth. Bur it feels weird because I want them to look as nice as possible, and I know I'm taking shortcuts. On the other hand, there's something liberating about being able to finish a model in a few evenings.
