This is more or less every Pokémon Daniel interacts with who isn't a Pawniard or a Bisharp.
-Clara Lowenthal is Daniel's girlfriend and "mommy". She is sweet and caring, like you'd expect an Audino to be, and works at the Pokémon Center. Daniel admires her selflessness and says he'd be a doctor if he could, though he'd only be good for a scalpel.
When Clara was still inside the Egg, her grandfather on her mother's side became a Bisharp pack's next victim. Her mother was devastated, and her father, while never being SUPER close to him, became paranoid the same would happen to someone he really cared about. As such, they have warned her all her life about Pawniards and Bisharps and how dangerous they are. Matter of fact, her very first interaction with Daniel was him trying to kill her as per his parents' order. He just couldn't do it, however, and together they devised a plan to trick Daniel's parents.
Afterwards, Clara and Daniel became good friends. Daniel often told her about his problems and insecurities, to which she listened closely and offered sympathy. Being an Audino, she's able to sense his feelings by touching her feelers to his chest. She knows how much it all affects him and so wouldn't dare to tell him he's just being whiny and to just get over it. After a lifetime of being put down and treated as less than dirt by everyone around him, Daniel really needs a Clara in his life. Secretly, though, he fears someday he'll screw up so badly he'll lose Clara forever.
For this reason, when Daniel first realized he was in love with Clara, he was afraid to tell her, out of fear he might make things awkward between them. He finally told her after his feelings became unbearable to the point they landed him in trouble and was surprised to learn she not only felt the same but knew about his feelings the whole time. She didn't tell him because she knew her parents would rather her date an infant than a Pawniard...little did she know she technically WAS dating an infant.
Clara and Daniel became a couple in private. Clara even donned her older brother's old sports gear so she could hug Daniel. The two never really got intimate...DEFINITELY didn't go all the way. They weren't interested in sex; they just enjoyed each other's company. They DID bring each other to meet the parents, though Clara disguised herself as a Pawniard, and Daniel an Audino. A few mishaps occurred, such as Clara's shock upon realizing she was eating Audino meat and Daniel, having never used silverware due to knife hands, brushing his "hair" with a fork, recognizing it as the "dinglehopper" from The Little Primarina, but other than that, their meetings were successful.
Sadly, all good things can't last forever. Clara's parents eventually found out she was dating a Pawniard, while Daniel's found out he was dating an Audino. Neither pair was pleased. Daniel's parents told him Audinos are prey, and if they ever saw him with Clara again, they'd have her for supper, and Daniel would eat every bite. As for Clara's parents, they didn't believe Daniel had no intentions of eating her. They were sure he was putting on an act to lure her into submission. Clara had listened to Daniel's feelings time and time again, though; she knew that was not the case. She tried to meet up with him in secret still, but he acted cold towards her and wouldn't let her listen to his feelings, so she concluded he didn't love her anymore, therefore stayed away, tried to forget about him and devoted all her time to her dream of attending a good medical school.
Eventually, Daniel and Clara met again when Daniel, after being kicked out, began working at a pizza restaurant to support himself. She recognized the Audino suit he wore to meet her parents, and he recognized her. He told her he still loved her and had acted cold to protect her from his parents' wrath. She wanted to take him in, but she was still living under her parents' roof, and they'd no doubt recognize Daniel's Audino suit, having seen him in it. Plus, she was in her first year of medical school, so she was still a few years away from being out on her own. As such, when Daniel was fired and lost his apartment, she had to get creative. After a bit of searching, she found the Pack. Daniel was apprehensive but realized it was his only option, so went with it. Clara offered support and reassurance all the while.
Before Daniel left, he handed Clara a note in which he confessed to being an Adult Baby. He told her what it meant for him and how he wished she would be his "mommy", though she didn't have to be. In fact, he'd understand if she no longer wanted anything to do with him. The news came as a shock to her, and at first, she didn't know what to think of it, though since she loved Daniel, she read up about it and tried to learn how to be a "mommy". They took it little by little. Clara sewed up the tattered remains of Daniel's stuffed toys and made him some cloth mitts to cover his blades, 1.) as an extra safety precaution along with her sports gear, 2.) to help Daniel feel more little. She even made him his own nursery once she acquired her own apartment.
Clara may not have chosen to have an ABDL for a boyfriend, but she loves her baby boy and wouldn't change him for the world...you know what I mean. Daniel often writes to her from the Pack, and she's always delighted to hear from him, even when he does nothing but complain. She always looks forward to seeing him whenever the Pack takes a vacation.
-Mylee (Chansey), Mindy (Blissey), and Tina (Happiny) are Clara's cousins and co-workers...well, Mylee and Mindy are; Tina's too young. Mylee and Mindy are similar to Clara in personality and share her passion for medical practice. Being older than her and having worked at the Pokémon Center longer, they often feel the need to assist her. Sometimes Clara feels they treat her like a child, but she doesn't want to be rude, so usually doesn't say anything.
Mylee is a little nervous around Daniel. She knows he's a sweetie who wouldn't hurt a Cutiefly, but part of her still worries she'll say the wrong thing, and he'll turn her into shish-kabob. When she's nervous, she tends to joke around, therefore Daniel is almost always exposed to her jokester side. He says she's like Paxton with a slightly more mature sense of humor. Mindy is also slightly nervous around him, though in her case, it's more about her daughter, Tina.
Tina is five years old and a cheerful, energetic kid. She loves visiting her mom and aunts at the Pokémon Center whenever she's off school and hopes to work there when she grows up. She also wants to be a Raichu, since her dad is one, and she thinks his powers are really cool. She's always excited to see Daniel whenever he's away from the Pack. Her mom and aunts have to remind her not to hug him unless he's wearing his mitts, as well as not to trust other Pawniards and Bisharps. She knows Daniel wants to be a baby, and while the idea is puzzling to her, she doesn't mind one bit. In fact, she's glad Daniel has a childish side, so he can play with her like any other kid her age. Daniel wishes his actual childhood was as happy as hers is.
-Majesty is Daniel's pet non-sentient Purrloin kitten. He and his litter were brought to the Pokémon Center after their mother was killed by a Bisharp pack. Majesty is the runt of the litter and has a few scars from where one of the Pawniards gored him, which is what drew Daniel to him. Clara, Mylee, and Mindy weren't confident he'd make it, with him being so small and having lost quite a bit of blood, but Daniel persuaded them to at least try. "Us baby Dark-types have to stick together", he says. It wasn't easy, but Majesty eventually recovered and is now Daniel's beloved pet, while one of his sisters is Tina's pet.
-Lucas Ortiz is a Little Daniel met at a convention. He is tough and brooding, being a Lucario, and protective of his friends. He's not the slightest bit afraid of Daniel, since being a Fighting-type, he has a 4x advantage over a Pawniard, and being a Steel-type, he's invulnerable to Daniel's blades. Just because he's not afraid of the Pawniard, however, doesn't mean he trusts him completely. Daniel is new to Lucas' circle of Littles and has yet to seal his friendship with the Lucario.
-Sylvia Ona is another Little and Lucas' friend. Unlike Lucas, she's very much afraid of Daniel, as well as Steel-types in general. She's known Lucas since the former was an Eevee and the latter was a Riolu, so she trusts him. Steel-types she barely knows are another story. This is part of the reason Lucas doesn't trust Daniel completely, since he's super protective of Sylvia. He says if Daniel ever tries anything funny, he'll take an Aura Sphere to the face.
Sylvia is very much a girly-girl. Unlike Daniel, she had a pretty happy childhood and doesn't age-regress as any sort of coping mechanism. She's just always had a childish side and never really outgrew child's toys and stuff like that. As for Lucas, she convinced him to give it a try after he found out her secret, and he grew to like it.
-Victini (Vic) is an acquaintance of Lucas and Sylvia's and part of their Little circle. They are non-binary- literally, since most Legendaries and Mythicals, Victini included, are neither male nor female. There are not multiple Victinis in this universe. Vic age-regresses to relieve themselves of the stress of being the mythical Keeper of Victory, as well as to experience childhood, since they emerged from dust, fully-formed.
Vic doesn't like other Pokémon gawking over them for being a Mythical, which was exactly their introduction to a certain Pawniard. Lucas, due to his protective nature, tries to defend Vic from these gawkers. He sees Vic as a respected friend, not a celebrity to show off. He is also afraid to get on Vic's bad side. While his Steel typing cancels out his weakness to Vic's Psychic typing, he's still weak to their Fire typing.
Since Vic doesn't subscribe to a particular gender, their Little clothes are generally yellow, and they'll play with whatever toy appeals to them, though they tend to prefer ones that don't lean too much towards one gender or another.
I'll be honest, I'm not too big on diaper/babyfur artists who make nearly every cast member, save for a select few, either an AB or a DL or give them some sort of connection to regression or diapers. Don't get me wrong: if you do that, that's fine. I've learned my lesson about criticizing an artist for doing that. It's just not for me. There's a certain appeal in that, a certain level of escapism, but for me, personally, it's a bit too surreal. I figure one ABDL protagonist with just a few other Littles to play off of is enough. Paxton, Master Bisharp, Clara, et cetera, are just normal adults who don't need diapers.

A question came to mind based upon Vic's writeup. Would Mythicals or Legendaries be ascribed divine qualities by extant cultures? Just curious given that the structure of the society given appears to roughly match that of humanity. It's also sort of complicated by the fact that Pokemon in the games themselves fulfill the role of magical beings, thus lacking the distance that fosters veneration among humans (apart from supernatural powers among humans). Sorry if this question is inane, was just wondering about that aspect of the worldbuilding.
Legendaries and Mythicals are basically viewed as deities, greater than other Pokémon, given their divine attributes and stronger powers. It's like our humanity's concept of gods, except here, the supposed gods actually exist, as opposed to being man-made creations.
