Updated ref of Ross, my 'Ginga Fan based character'. He IS an original character but i consider him fan based since he was inspired by ginga and i generally pretend he lives in the Ginga universe.
I can't seem to make refs how i like...they come out too boring or just too plain. :/

Meaning: Gaelic. Means "red colored".
Gender: Male
Age: 4 human years/ 29 dog years.
Species: mostly Shepherd but has some Kai, Akita, Wolf Mix. [Mutt]
Zodiac Sign: Libra.
Personality:
Positives - Does Not Tolerate anything that is cruel. He is Charming, Sociable, and Easygoing. Idealistic, Perceptive, And Intuitive. Much poise, very caring, and too sympathetic. By nature he is loving to few but can easily adapt.
Negatives - Indecisive, Gullible at times, Temperamental and can be quick to Anger. He is selfish when it comes to information and is very Self willed. He is prone to Daydream and Make Believe when he can't cope. And feels discouraged quickly.

Story: He was born and raised wild until he was 5 months old when he was found by a middle aged couple. When he was of age the couple had him undergo special training to be a more sound, domestic animal and to be trained as a family guard dog. He lived with them until he was 2 years of age when they had been victims of a horrible murder in Ito on the Izu Peninsula. Since the couple had no relatives that were willing to take him in, he was rescued by a Shepherd organization and put up for adoption. At almost 3 years of age he was taken into another program where inmates in prisons train shelter dogs to be seeing eye dogs and to be trained for family living. One of the officers saw how well he had progressed and had decided to take him in to be on the Police task force and to be his personal companion. Ross had formed a special bond with his new owner, Takeshi [which means "brave" in the context of combat] and was proud that his new companion wanted him to be in the Canine Unit on the Police Task force. The two had been called on a special case to stop a drug lord in Osaka, Japan along with 6 other Canine teams. During the investigation Ross and Takeshi were on their way back to their temporary headquarters when the team was ambushed and kidnapped by one of the drug lord's gangs. They had split the two up; Takeshi was being held for ransom and Ross was being transported to a small town on the Hokkaido Peninsula. However during one of exchanges Ross had been able to break out and away from the criminals. He has been searching for a month for his beloved owner, Takeshi and could not stand the heartache of losing another person that he loves.
