Working on some minimalism/abstract themes. Basically, putzing around late at night.

There's a company called Blik that makes big wall-sized decals. This one is from a Threadless design and has a shape dissolving into a flock of birds. The painting underneath the decal is a color wash of two (or three?) shades of grey and a little bit of blue. It doesn't quite look so cool in real life, I was able to boost the detail a lot in this shot. At the expense of noise, of course, but noise works for this. I'm beginning to get over my fear of noise.

Shot at high ISO, lit by the ambient lighting in my office (which is, me being me, complex, multi-directional, and color-balanced), plus an LED flashlight for good measure.
