Ink on Bristol, then Photoshop.
I've been using my 'Da Vinci' con badge for a few years now, and I though it was time for a new version. I did a stupid thing with the last one and laminated the original, this one can be reproduced as many times as I like, so I can spill as much beer on it as I like and not worry.
Before anyone says it, I know full well this would have been much easier as an Illustrator project, but I wanted the challenge of drafting it properly, mostly out of respect for whoever designed the thing in the first place... Sweet Jesus, playing cards are complex. I took a few liberties with the complexity to keep myself sane, but I think it's still pretty recognisable.

I'll be honest, not all of them are real, some of them are photoshop fudges.
I drew the whole thing in the first instance, but I just wasn't happy with some of the elements. The head, floral device on his left shoulder and the Grecian key are all copied from the better side and massaged in. The symmetries just weren't even enough so I cheated.
