MT stats for an Interstellar Wars era Terran merchant.
Done up today for my current little mini-campaign set well to the rim of Terra and beyond the concerns of the war, where GenAssist can go nuts without regard to political or societal oversight.
Design needed to a) land dirtside, b) escape the gravity well of an average size A world, c) be jump 2 (Lots of sparse areas toward the rim - hard to get to), d) be able to wilderness refuel, and e) have accomodations (if a bit spartan) for the PC's, the NPC captain, and room for a couple spare 'guest stars'.
Oh, and needed enough cargo space to warrant construction in the first place.
Location Key
1. Cargo
2. Forward Elevator. (On upper level functions as airlock.
3. Port Elevator
4. Starboard Elevator
5. Extendable Ramp
6. Engineering (Starboard section contains one of the backup computers)
7. Bridge
8. Captain's Stateroom
9. Electronics Room (Backup computer).
10. Turret Manual Control Access.
11. Common Area
12. and 13. Passenger Staterooms (note privacy corridor between).
14. through 16. Crew Staterooms (Small)
17. Upper Level Cargo
18. Vehicle Bay
All life support mechanisms are designed for internal maintenance access. Even at TL 11, with millenia proven Vilani designs to copy from, early Terran starfarers were exceedingly paranoid about life support failures and maintenance.
Ships of the Swift class were often worked well into their second century, with occasional refits and much jury-rigging to keep them operational.
Variants of the class include several TL 13 models, the designs of which survived the Long Night in parts of Old Expanses and Hinterworlds. Though cargo capacity doesn't increase much in these models, the improved efficiency of higher tech powerplants usually sees replacement of the missile turrets with single beam lasers. Class designations are Swallow and Martin.
Human members of the Hive Federation also currently use a TL 15 variant called the Tola Fly with a much more efficient power plants, a larger cargo bay, and vastly superior sensors, a few of which are openly sold to Solomani corporations across the border. Solomani Naval Intelligence suspects of several of the Federation Tola Flies are spyships of some sort, complete with EMM, higher G and Jump capability, but have yet to catch one for detailed analysis.

Woof .. difficult to do deckplans of, but a neat idea. You also have to ignore the severe coriolis effect that you'd get for most adventurer encountered starships - inner ear would go a little crazy think.
That aside Jovian Chronicles, Babylon 5, the Chanur and Alliance/Union books starships, and even 2010 all had good spinny-gravity ships. Not sure, but I think Jovian Chronicles has deckplans for one.
