Since he never fought Assmore, Frisky can still talk with Syhpla and go down into the Lab since there is nothing stopping him. I think Frisky might be on a new game plus.

I think he needs to rethink what's going on and what's really the point to all of this their are some strange holes to this. And quite frankly I don't think it would work anyway.
