It's rough for Oscar, the super-hero mech pilot whose mech is eternally a work-in-progress… Even with that mysterious other superhero, Key Codec, running around to help out, the poor pup is just too busy between his secret identity and saving the day to finish his big stompy heroic robot. That means he's got to do all his super-heroing on foot, even when facing dangerous super-villains like the infamous Upsurge, whose inflation-inflicting air tanks are an ever-present threat- LOOK OUT! Whew, that was a close one, yikes!
