I made another Lagron! Working on a base so I can make more relatively quickly. Since im worldbuilding I have a lot of important characters to make. Tika here is the head of the Space Exploration Caste (SEC)
They are bossy, strict, and very by the book. They are in charge of handling first contact diplomacy with the sentient races they encounter on other worlds.
They are supposed to sorta look like they are stepping out of a portal. I haven't actually designed how their portals will look but I will eventually.
