Break ups can be hard, but only you can pull yourself from the sadness, I have personally found that being alone is preferable then being in an unhappy relationship. and besides, you're never truly alone when you have the furry fandom to talk too.

Lol true... but I think Im finally starting to feel better about it all. I mean... He didn't treat me right and he lied to me quite a bit so Im better off...

I've had my share of loss in my own broken relationship. This hit many, many chords for me, all of them true. It hurts, but I've always found writing about it helps at least a little. It's good to know you're dealing well with it and that you have the strength to let others know and help. Good on ya!

Yeah it is... I mean, I can't draw really or do anything like that... but when I write a poem like this, it really does help and let loose the old feelings.

And because of it, it now feels like its been months ago rather than less then a week since he said its over...

Sounds like a situation you needed to get out of anyway. As the others have pointed out, you're not at all alone in this. Investing your time in creativity helps fill the hole until it pretty much disappears.

It was... He wasn't really there for me and I didn't really notice it until afterwards and when he appoligized I forgave him too quickly... and there was just so much more...

And yeah creativity really does help me right now.
