Good! here is my 3rd reference on my list. This is Toxic E-18. One of Dr Ragna Blackfield's monstrous creations.
Toxic is a young boy who is one of the few who survived Dr. Ragna's experiments. he is the 18th model. He unfortunately lost his left eye. He also has special powers unlike other simple monsters.
Inspired by Alex Mercer from the game [PROTOTYPE], he can transform his arms into different mutated weapons. Claws, battle flail, blades, and cannons. He also has the ability to change his appearance, or steal information from people's heads, using his mutant roots. Thanks to his mutation of the Plantua project, his mutant roots make him formidable.
