Well I don't see you lacking much in the pose or general look departments you just need confidence and know that you're doing your best and NEVER rush your pictures at all as you put into your pics a little part of yourself into it the art you make is like a representation of yourself subconciously speaking and its beautiful n_n (I'm not flattering you ok) I call it as I see it
