I had an idea for Arienne since a while. Being a big fan of Empire from Warhammer and especially their Emperor Karl Franz and his mount it drove me to get a gryphon for myself.

However, instead of simply being a mount , she is truly the dragon's child, if adopted. Her egg found by the Guardian Angel and brought to her Goddess' realm the potent magic of the realm was infused in her egg, giving birth to a majestic four-winged gryphon taur. Growing up in one of the many worlds on which Arisu's cults dwell, her mother still visited her often, regaling her with stories of her own heroic deeds, along the many heroes she fought alongside or heard of. Inspired by such tales, Adele took up the swordspear, first proving her as monsters assaulted the small city the church of Arisu that took care of her dwelled.
While hesitant at first, Arienne eventually took up to train her properly, molding her into a formidable knightess. Devout, gentle and warm, she now often either accompanies her mother when hunting down threats to the mortals of the realm or travelled by herself, offering solace and protection for the sick and needy.
