Looks like our little friend Balloonya from Mazica Party had himself a large helping of fruit punch which he drank it all from a barrel and he's rubbing his stomach which is inside his diaper and he's waddling off whilst the fruit punch sloshes inside his body and he's burping because he's stuffed.
