Good catch! That's actually intentional. Marcel takes after their mother, who was human, while Jeantournette takes after their dragon father. It's a significant source of conflict between the two of them, since Marcel was born a Dragon, but gets to keep his privacy, while Jeantournette is completely human, but everyone thinks she's a dragon based on her appearance.
