Another Harvey Comics cover redraw here, this time of Casper the Friendly Ghost #191, cover date April 1977. You can see the original at https://comicvine.gamespot.com/casp.....1/4000-169620/ and I'm guessing Warren Kremer's the artist. If not, someone write in, please. The original picture makes it clearer the balloon floated free and then just happened to fall into Casper's belly, where it's gotten stuck. But we can suppose any way that Casper should happen to have enveloped a rubber balloon, and any reason he might have wished to. Enjoy!
