I really like the feeling off this art, its goofy yet brilliantly bright and colorful. The cupcake collar is cute and the brown-red hair with the sheen is spot on. The eye (she's not a cyclops but you know :P) is bright and full of life and you are absolutely right that the lines make the dress pop. I have seen miniatures where small "tartan" lines really make the art interesting and pops out to the eye, same effect these lines give to the viewer.

The line on the dress really give it a good texture look. Very good job. I am wondering about your decision with head band being in front of the ears. was that a decision you made when realized how ears where placed on her head?

In reality, a headband wouldn't work on an anthro head, if you look at where the ears are (unless you made a different design. Take headphones for example, they don't actually work). So I only did what looked best with what I could do. Being in front, the ears look a bit far back. If it was in the back, it'd most likely fall off.
