The character is based on a micro raptor(feathered small velociraptor that can’t fly) and an archaroptorics one of the most primitive birds known. They do not even have a fully formed beak.

The yallow on her nose is intentional but I forget to draw it on some times.

She has 5 big feathers running from her forehead down the head.
2 feathers coming out were her ears would be if she was a mammal.

Feathers on head start green --> blue
Feathers on ears start blue
