Here we have the infamous villain and information thief Nightmare sans his female sidekicks facing off against the equally infamous vigilante Chaos Cougar in some computer server room. Nightmare came to steal information, and Chaos Cougar came to destroy it, for it is too dangerous in the hands of either a villain or the government he believes. Nightmare has tried to use his ability to sense someone's most inner fear and turn that against them only to find that he can not sense such a fear in this opponent, and that causes him to fear. It is not normal for a living being to have no fears, and much is unknown about Chaos Cougar.

Nightmare prides himself on knowing the true identities of many heroes and villains in Megalopolis, but he has been able to find nothing concrete about Chaos Cougar other than the fact the military is seeking him.

Now he wants to know more than ever who this vigilante is, and what drives him.
