Duuuude, yes! If there's one thing I love most, it's 'chu tickles! And you nailed this piece! I really like the red outline you did, it adds a nice blend to Pikachu's yellow body! And I really like the boldness to your shading, it gives off a nice effect. Gotta also love the proportions, and those adorable toes, nice and pointy, shaped very well too! Great work man! ^^
