Well, it's been a while since I put something up. So here is my latest completed project. Once more I focus on Kili, but this time, I decided to try and do a much neater full body with a few more experimental details, along with fully updating the V3 design. Namely refining the eyes further and using the same trick to draw a much better energy orb than that I've done in the past. I;ve also worked to heavily improve on my shading and highlights, which leads to pretty much the best take on Kili's hair so far. Finally, from now on, I'm going to start utalising much thinner lines for any art on my end, and overemphersise said highlights and shading to make them stand out more.

I'm also finishing up and setting other outfits based on the same base for Kili here. Now it's a matter of learning how to draw Kili at different angles, along with different characters for good measure. And do that consistently so I don't have to constantly rely on references. I will post some alterate outfits down the line as soon as I can.

I would also be uncomfortable if I didn't give credit where it was due, so I would like to give credit to  Quetzrow and  KIRI for being my main inspirations on trying to learn to draw and work on my own approach. This particular variation in art style is inspired by the art they do, so I would like to give a shout to them and encourage you to check them out on FA. They are much better artists then I am and deserve getting their art checked out!
