Adopted in October 2020, my 12th OC and fourth adopt. First royal one.

Lavis Erba Derosa
Mother: A Serperior princess of the Erba clan

This character is still in development but here's the solid info for him:

Lavis is the third grandson of the former founder and king of the Erba clan. At birth, Lavis was 9th in line for the throne of his clan, but circumstances have moved him up to 6th in line as of present day. His mother, who is currently third in line from the throne, married a Roserade outside of the clan who held a notable title with another. Diplomatically, the marriage was an outstanding success for both clans, but Lavis' hybridization made him an outcast among the Erba royal family, which was already well known for it's viscous infighting.

Lavis only got along with his parents and one of his many cousins, the eldest one ahead of him. After his Father passed away, he asked his Mother for her blessing to abandon his duties and the Erba clan. Not wanting to be the ruler of a clan that despised him (and that he despised in return) he would rather live his own life elsewhere. His mother and tutor helped him flee the kingdom, though as he was leaving he was met by the current King, his second Uncle. The current King did not stop Lavis from leaving, but Lavis was told that he would be branded a traitor for deserting the clan and that if he ever returned, the current ruler would decide his punishment, which could include immediate execution. As Lavis could still return to contend for the throne if the timing was right, others may also seek to end his life or force him to return as well.

Lavis now uses his Father's last name and tries to avoid being associated with his clan, but will play up his noble blood if he knows he can reap benefits from the situation.

Lavis eventually became a wandering survivalist, learning how to live on his own in the wild for several years. He eventually found himself among various groups from time to time, some of questionable reputation, but never settled down. He did have a reputation as a musician though, and frequently enchanted audiences with his singing and violin playing in the towns he passed through until he fully evolved.
