Kalus may have weakened and fattened up Becca, then made her work for her old shape back, as a punishment, with a much, much meaner attitude than normal, but turnabout is about to hit him hard. After a month of burning off her belly and building her strength back up, Becca surprises her boyfriend with her results. His reaction is a mix of "I'm in love", and "I'm in trouble".

Becca: "No worry. Becca not mad. But you gonna make up for over-tough love until.... Becca say you done."
