I like the idea of a furry world with anthro characters who retain some RL traits of their respective species. The idea of a regular person just eating some really weird stuff that seems completely normal to an animal is just funny to me, I guess.

I feel like this drawing came out pretty good! The background was really flat and dull until I started adding shadows, at which point it really started coming to life a bit more. I tried some new techniques for shading and for organizing my layers, and it worked out a lot better than I thought it would. I also tweaked the lighting and colors back and forth a lot. I ended up going with some pretty saturated and vibrant colors for the background. I'm a bit worried that it made the character stand out a bit less, but I still hope it doesn't feel oversaturated.

It was fun to draw, either way. Hope you enjoy it!
