Yes, that is exactly what vore is.

There's a lot of sitting around inside things, except for someone like me, in which case it's a lot of wandering around carrying someone awkwardly in a stomach trying not to bump into walls and squeezing through doors. Nobody ever talks about how hard it is to move around post-vore, especially in anything other than the generic white background nowhere land* where all vore seems to take place.
