well this is an idea I had. This is what happens when I get writer's block.

Fetish dragons are a race of dragon completely based off of abnormal human desire/lust.

They easily seduce fetishists, or enact the fetish with normal people. They do this, because, not only are they created by fetishes, but they are sustained by them, and must see that their filia is still alive on a regular basis. Mostly, this is achieved by making regular humans unwillingly preform them through various abilities and methods. But, as for finding someone with that fetish could sustain the dragon for quite a while, and, in most cases, the fetishist becomes a servant of the dragon to explore their own desires to the maximum.

Many of the dragons are forced to move around to look for fetishists, because they have a lazy nature, almost royal, if I could say that. They are less inclined to go after the common man, but desperate times can call for desperate measures. They also have the ability to draw fetishes from the surrounding area. This makes the subject curious, and dependant on finding whatever is drawing him or her towards it.

Fetish dragons, on average, stand about the height of a human, and bear a resemblance to the human shape. Though, this is only what is perceived by any viewer. It appears as whatever gender suits your liking. These dragons usually appear alluring to the subject, though obviously reptilian, still looking like a dragon. This is incredibly effective, especially for the average joe, who can usually never survive an encounter with one of these creatures.

Common abilities include Aphrodisiac substances in their breath, hypnotic body movements (that cause the eyes to focus on them for extended periods of time), very small horns, fingernail-like claws, and a personality that EVERYONE loves.
