Bio: Katy is a bit of a child-prodigy who is obsessed with hair, mainly very long hair. She LOVES to style her glowing red hair. In fact, her hair is also magical like Zoe's, except Katy's hair can glow in the dark light a lamp/nightlight, change hair length from Bobcut to Mystical Rapunzel Length (up to 1000 miles long), and hair manipulation. Zoe's magic hair only works whe she calls it "Sno-Dusa," but Katy's magic hair doesn't have to call out a name. Katy can be pretty bossy at other little kids, but she is still nice to those who appreciate her very well like a real princess.
