My first recipe uploaded to the FACCC, and my father taught me to how make it.
1 bag of boiled rice
1 can of sliced mushrooms.
1/8 stick of butter.
Soy Sauce (I used gluten free tamari sauce, but you can go ahead and use regular soy Sauce)
Boil the rice for ten minutes. Grill the mushrooms in butter. Top with soy sauce and enjoy a filling yet vegetarian dish.
