Aaand here's the second winner of the Fanart Day Poll (Pride Month Special)!

I had several ideas for this artwork, as well as for the method of incorporating Pride Flag into Ho-oh's feathers. Though, I picked this one for the feel of freedom the pose seems to have. <3
