Between work related missions or delves deeper within the tainted caverns of the city, Anessi normally wears a top with a sort-of hypnotic suggestion to it. The eye symbols--modeled after his own glow and pulse gently by currently unknown means. It serves as a distraction as Anessi's tail, Mandelbrot isn't keen on attention being brought their way. The robe allows the serpent some freedom (rather than having to be tightly wrapped around Anessi's body.)
