I was at a makeup shop with my little sister, a Sephora I think, and we were looking for this face cream that was out of stock. so we're making a bit of noise, trying to figure out where to go to get it instead, and this small little hamster of a lady is buzzing around us the whole time, looking a bit confused. I notice her, but don't think anything of it. Eventually, she comes up and asks, "Can I help you two ladies with anything?" and I realize that the reason she'd been hovering for so long was that she was confused as to how to address me.

I was very flattered honestly, but I boomed out, "Oh, I'm not a girl," in my naturally deep voice, she blushed, and my sister asked if the item we were looking for was in stock
