Sonja has been bodybuilding for a long time, and she's won several amateur female bodybuilding contest and joined the IAWF. She works out as often as possible, alternating between lifting and pulling incredible amounts of weight, covering staggering distances and speeds with leg-related exercise machines and regular runs, doing cardio routines for hours at a time, and performing simple aerobics. She became the IAWF's first Finnish member, and she found herself pairing up with and taking immense interest in an enormous Danish elk named Noah. Not long after, the two of them started dating. Sonja is now a top contender for the title of Scandinavia's champion, but it's still going to be a tough fight to the top, considering how big and powerful most of the other Scandinavian leaguers are! Outside of wrestling and working out, Sonja also has a natural urge to help out people with all kinds of work, including hard work, and she loves going places with lots of natural areas to explore, especially big tranquil forests.
