Yeah. No way Link can defear this beast now. Ganon wins, or actually. This Lynel has the power to even overthrow Ganon and just claim all that power himself.
On the birght side. Maybe they will be content with being endlessly praised and adored for his godly bod by all of hyrule.

even a single in game normal red lynel puts up a better and more difficult fight than the calamity and is probably stronger then it itself
I can see a normal sized lynel beating the living s*** out of the calamity and then overthrowing it by itself without the use of any weapons tbh.
and a lynel of this size... saying that the calamity would be an ant compared to it would be a drastic understatement
