Hello all!
Been working on this personal art piece for the past few weeks! I feel like I don't draw my own characters enough. (Probably because I keep on drawing
Kiliq as practice doodles too much :-P )
So, here's is Elke and Lotte out on a stroll on a summer day! I love both of these characters a lot, but I won't lie that Lotte the Knabstrupper is pain in the butt to draw because of all her spots. I am obsessed that they have to exactly match her reference sheet... I'm totally not insane! At least not yet...
Also, this piece was also made with some tools and advice recommended to me from everyone's favorite Marwari
Morrigan_The_Marwari! I greatly appreciate her help for me to continue to improve my artwork!

Also, fun random fact, I was listening to 5 Seconds of Summer's "Youngblood" and Thomas Bergersen's "Starfall" on repeat for who-knows-how-many-hours while working on this. :-P
I have a horrible habit of literally just listen to the same song on repeat for hours on end, I think it is largely due to me listening to music on YouTube, to avoid getting spammed with ads. :-P Or I'm just too lazy to make a playlist...

I love Lotte too, and I want to draw her more often! Just, well, you know, dem spots... There's a reason why when I draw her she's always behind another character. :-P
I'm probably going to make some sort of really complicated reference sheet of her spots in the near future, but it should allow for me to be able to "wrap" that reference layer around her body in different poses. It should greatly accelerate the process of coloring her!
Also, your +fav on this piece just happens to be my 1234th ever +fav! :-D (though that is counting the few times where someone unfavorited a piece, so the real number is 1223 :-P)
