If you'd had a word to describe the lady next door it would certainly be reserved, as she was fairly level in her activity, not being heard beyond the range of her fences except when you chatted with her or went over for her homemade lemonade. But what you weren't expecting was the polar opposite that was her younger sister. Leslie had brought her up before but you weren't expecting a "cool aunt" type, as maybe you'd thought she'd be very much like Leslie. But from the bear-grip hug she gave you and the subtle-yet-forward flirting throughout seeing her sister's, apparently favorite, neighbor for the first time you were thrown off guard. She was like a ball of energy that seemed to carry an extra charge wherever she went. The lights felt brighter, the volume of the area got higher, and the spirits felt like they were lifted off to the heavens.
