Unlike the other monsters Haggy likes to be very much alone, tending to her hair, humming eerily and feeding her many, many mouths along her arms, with them always groaning hungrily.
She screams hysterically if she finds someone in her domain, and she'll hunt them down relentlessly with her long red claws. She's not easily distracted, has great hearing, is a little quick and her long arms makes for easy snatching when looking for you, watch out for the many many long slithery tongues that can come out of her mouths, one touch and she'll know exactly where you are.

Haggy is probably the most complex in design but I wanted to go for the basic elements of a witch . . . kinda
Grene skin, black hair and dress, etc
I thought her being the only one with hair would be neat but I certainly didn't want a face under there, so intense she just has eyes on her hair, kinda looks like Something from Omori if that makes sense.
